Dumanjug is currently served by nine bus operators (Ceres Bus Line, Librando Trans. Inc., Chan Transit, SM Trans., Rough Riders, Britt, Acop, & Caiban Mini-Bus.) The municipality also has a RORO (Roll-On Roll Off) port situated in Tangil, which serves as the gateway of the southern part of Cebu to the mideastern part of Negros Island. There are two shipping companies effectively offering round-the-clock service.
Getting to Dumanjug takes around 1.5 hours by private vehicle or around 2 hours by bus. For the more free-spirited people, taking the bus is more of a better choice as you get to see nature by your very own eyes and not behind glass windows. You have the option of choosing an air conditioned or a non-air conditioned bus which cost around P90 to P100. Starting point would the South Bus Terminal located midway between Elizabeth Mall and Cebu City Medical Center at N. Bacalso Avenue. You can also take a taxi cab for a more private ride for P 1,500 more or less. V-hire (van for hire) is also available for a P 100 fare each passenger.
